Being a lifelong learner is a trait that is really important to me, and I know that a good education is not just for the schoolyard. The final project for the Women's Studies introduction course allowed the opportunity to collaborate with organizations that advocate for better health care for people and babies, like March of Dimes. The group project that was overseen involved creating comics to illustrate disparities and raise awareness for the approved health care extension which included postpartum services.

This UCF student organized dance company gave opportunities for performances, for example events like Dancing of Diabetes 2021 in the Dr. Philip's Center and 2022 Knight-thon in the Addition Financial Arena at Orlando.
